Call the brokerage assigned to your region (see list above). They'll verify your eligibility and schedule your ride.

We Get Dispatched

Your brokerage assigns the trip to DLX or DMT. Our dispatch team matches you with a driver and vehicle type.

Ride Day

Your driver arrives on time, assists you to the vehicle, and gets you to your appointment safely and comfortably.
